"Mooooom!" Alec whined, letting his head fall against the car window. "Why do I have to be Danni's supervisor? I don't care about fencing!"
"Well, suck it up," His mom retorted. "I have to be somewhere and you're her babysitter."
The golden-haired boy let out an exasperated groan, turning his head to glare at his sister sitting in the back seat of the car. She smiled innocently and giggled, fingering one of her light blonde braids.
"Get over it, loser," She derided, sticking her tongue out at her older brother. "You're stuck with me!"

Opening my eyes, I stared up at a black sky. I couldn't see the stars. No, that was wrong. There were no stars to see; there was nothing but pure darkness. My eyes shifted as I sat up and noticed a figure move in the distance. I squinted, trying to see who or what it was.
"Zane," A voice whispered. The echo the name made in the black void was so eerie I involuntarily shivered.
"Who are you?" I yelled through the thick darkness.
"Zane, why do you hate me?"
I took a step back, my eyes wide. I could just make out the face of a boy. A familiar face.

Chapter 6: New Friends
A ringing sound woke me up this morning instead of my normal alarm clock. I groaned, awaking from my slumber. I lay on my back with Gaara still lying on top of me. The sound awoke him too. He moaned softly shifting himself so his ears were scrunched against me to try to buffer out the sound. As gently as I could I moved him to lie on the bed instead of me and got up to find my pants. I knew it was my cell phone, which was inside my pants pocket. I found my jeans and reached into the pocket to answer the phone. "Hello ? The young god laid on a big colorful nest of comfortable, supple pillows.
Outside of the temple it was very hot, since the sun was on his highest, but inside the big stone temple it was cool and nice, and he enjoyed the raw of the sun falling through a nearby window, caressing his small form lovingly.
The light caught in his tricolor hair, making it shine like the finest of silk ever seen, and you couldnt help but wish to run your fingers through it.
His ivory skin was flawless and smooth, untouched by anyones hands, and easily seen since he was only wearing a very short blue skirt, showing off seemingly endless slender thighs
